Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the Customer Engagement & Loyalty squad, driving our retention efforts across channels.

You design high-impact multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS and in-app) guided by data, segmentation and AI-driven engagement strategies. You will mentor teammates, align with local and international teams, and help scale our CRM programme while keeping brand and customer-first messaging at the core.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in multi-channel CRM marketing across email, push and in-app campaigns.
• Strong data-driven segmentation and analytics to improve retention.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and lead projects.
• Outstanding English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app platforms.
• Lead CRM projects from segmentation to personalised experiences and testing.
• Partner with international and local teams on CRM tech and AI strategies.
• Ensure timely, brand-aligned messaging and customer-first focus.
• Mentor junior teammates and review their work for quality.
