Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a CRM Manager to lead our retention strategy across channels. You will own CRM execution, mentor teammates, and drive data-driven programs to connect customers with our global platform.

You will design campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app channels, run rigorous testing, and collaborate with local and international teams to scale impact while keeping customer needs at the center.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise high-impact multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS and in-app platforms.
• Lead A/B testing and data analysis to improve retention metrics.
• Streamline CRM processes, voucher planning and campaign workflows across markets.
• Mentor junior team members and interns to ensure quality and learnings are shared.
• Lead strategic CRM projects including segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel innovation.
