Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Proven revenue growth through both new business acquisition and account penetration.
• Experience managing a territory with hunting and farming balance.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
• Grow and develop an existing customer portfolio by increasing share-of-wallet, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple customer organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Solutions teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Monitor customer performance metrics and CRM pipeline; identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
