Job summary

UPS Healthcare in the Netherlands seeks a National Account Executive to build and grow key client relationships across Europe. You will lead opportunities across UPS Healthcare’s broad service suite, including logistics and cold chain solutions, and drive revenue growth with strategic stakeholders.

The role demands strong negotiation and presentation skills, fluency in English and Dutch, and willingness to travel across Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics, healthcare, or business economics.
At least two years of complex selling experience, ideally in pharma, Medtech, or labs.
Fluent in English and Dutch; assessed in both languages during interviews.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for clients, introducing UPS Healthcare’s services including Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and Distribution, Cold Chain Ground, and more.
Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and meeting revenue targets.
Understand services and translate them into significant value for customers.
Stay informed on customer strategies, financials, product launches, and pipelines to meet stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with Operations and Customer Solutions to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor revenue commitments, manage key accounts, and participate in joint customer calls.
Present updates and reviews, creating compelling presentations to uncover new sales opportunities.
Analyze KPIs to spot areas for service improvements and uphold industry-leading standards.
