• 2+ years in customer success or account management for a SaaS product.
• Empathy for non-technical users running operational businesses.
• Comfortable running product demos and training sessions.
• Organised — manage 40+ accounts simultaneously.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and get them to first value fast.
• Run quarterly business reviews and track adoption health.
