Job summary

Rentman, a Netherlands-based SaaS scale-up, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Manager in Utrecht. You’ll guide rental companies and event professionals through onboarding, adoption, and day-to-day use to unlock the platform’s full value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to influence outcomes, track health, and identify upsell opportunities. Fluency in Dutch and English and a strategic mindset are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (CS, Support, Onboarding or Implementation) in B2B/SaaS, ideally AV or Event Rental.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with ability to engage with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Strategic mindset with ability to map product capabilities to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your customer portfolio through regular check-ins and proactive guidance.
• Analyze customer goals, usage, and challenges to drive health, adoption and expansion opportunities.
• Represent customer needs to Product to influence the roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead customer consultations to empower users and drive adoption and advocacy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Support for smooth handovers and consistent experiences.
