Job summary

WebinarGeek in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands, seeks a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise clients to ensure adoption and long-term value of our platform.

You guide onboarding, drive growth, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver proactive guidance and mitigate risks. Fluent Dutch and English are required, with a background in SaaS and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Guide new Enterprise clients during onboarding, kick-off calls, and business reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Monitor retention, identify expansion opportunities, and reduce churn.
• Translate customer insights into actions for internal teams and create onboarding playbooks.
