Job summary

Ethos is seeking a RevOps Manager to help train our AI-driven documentation workflows. This fully remote role requires 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations, with ownership of field-mapping schemas and deduplication rulesets.

You will audit pipelines and build dashboards that guide sales and marketing leadership, delivering expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship. Compensation is $100/hour with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop and maintain CRM field-mapping schemas and lead-routing logic documents
• Ensure deduplication rulesets and pipeline hygiene practices meet leadership expectations
