Job summary

Aquablu, Amsterdam-based, seeks a RevOps Manager and GTM Engineer to own the Revenue Architecture end-to-end. You will define the Bowtie framework, build forecast engines across Direct, Indirect, and Enterprise, and run commission and compensation operations.

You will also layer AI automation on top of the CRM- powered revenue stack. The role reports to the VP GTM and requires 3–7 years in RevOps/GTM, CRM ownership, and a strong background in AI-enabled GTM tooling.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations in a recurring-revenue business.
• CRM as system of record (HubSpot) with custom objects and pipelines.
• Think in revenue architecture; Bowtie data model and conversion rates.
• Build with AI; APIs, scripting, low-code to full integration.
• KPI trees, unit economics, forecast cadence, and commission cycles.
• Document definitions and publish fixes quickly.
• Fluent in English and based in or near Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bowtie operating model, canonical definitions, KPI tree, unit economics and CAC per motion.
• Develop forecast engines across Direct, Indirect, and Enterprise; manage prospecting signals and reporting.
• Lead deal-to-cash overhaul from contract to ledger with clear ownership.
• Make demand generation proactive with AI-driven signals and HubSpot/ Lemlist workflows.
• Own AE ARR plan, BDR payout schemes, and Channel Manager plan; coordinate with Finance on payouts.
• Maintain GTM skill library and Claude-powered HubSpot automations; implement repeatable playbooks.
