Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced general managers and operations professionals to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, and workflow maps.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 per week) and start date ASAP. A strong track record in operations and exceptional document craftsmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in capacity planning and forecasting in fast-paced operations.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and cost/cycle-time improvements.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in documents.
