Job summary

Mama Shelter Amsterdam is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead and execute the hotel’s revenue strategy in line with brand guidelines. You will forecast demand, optimise channels and pricing, and drive revenue performance with strong leadership of the Revenue team.

You will ensure data quality, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with the General Manager to maximize profitability while maintaining guest experience and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management for hospitality/hotel environments.
• Ability to forecast and maximize revenue while balancing commercial goals.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategy with the General Manager and brand guidelines.
• Forecast market movements, optimise distribution channels and adjust pricing.
• Lead and train the Booking & Revenue Agent to drive optimal reservations.
• Ensure data quality and translate analyses into actionable decisions.
• Maintain compliance and drive innovative revenue practices across the property.
