Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical or General Maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform multiple maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Hotel or resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Repair mechanical equipment, fixtures, and facility components.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to guest service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Assist with installation of equipment and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain tools and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Support Engineering team with operational and pre-opening activities.
• Support preventative maintenance programs across the property.
• Assist other engineering and maintenance team members as needed.
• Ensure work is completed according to company quality and safety standards.
