Job summary

The Pyrmont Curaçao Beach Resort, part of Marriott Autograph Collection, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the F&B Manager in delivering dining experiences that meet brand standards. You will oversee daily operations, coach service teams, and help manage labor and costs while driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least five years in hotel F&B, a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and fluency in English; Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in hotel Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a resort or all-inclusive environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or business is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, banquet, or all-inclusive resort setting required.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar service standards, preferably in a high-volume or all-inclusive operation.
• Ability to clearly convey information and ideas to guests, coworkers, and management.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and all-inclusive service periods, ensuring smooth, high-volume operations that consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Approach all guest and employee interactions in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Deliver personalized and engaging food and beverage experiences that inspire guest loyalty and satisfaction.
• Ensure all service personnel are attentive, professional, and aligned with brand service standards.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in maintaining high quality, presentation, and consistency of all food and beverage offerings.
• Support monthly inventories, reconciliations, and cost-control initiatives for the department.
• Maintain proficiency with the hotel’s systems and related operational tools.
• Ensure outlets, bars, and service stations are adequately stocked, properly set, and maintained in a clean and organized condition at all times.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work varied schedules based on operational needs.
• Understand hotel operations and collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
