The Pyrmont Curaçao Beach Resort is set to debut, an adults-only luxury resort opening its doors to discerning guests. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will guide daily housekeeping operations and public spaces, ensuring brand standards, and coordinating with Front Office and Engineering for seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, have 2-4 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in luxury settings, and be proficient in Opera and MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
2-4 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury environments.
Experience in pre-opening or all-inclusive operations is an advantage.
Proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Develop SOPs, cleaning standards, checklists, and room layout guides.
Supervise daily operations of room attendants and housekeeping staff.
Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for efficient room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
Lead training and coaching to maintain high service levels and productivity.
