• Responds promptly to guest repair requests and ensures issues are resolved to guest satisfaction.
• Conducts routine inspections and maintains checklists for facility upkeep.
• Executes preventative maintenance schedules and keeps equipment in good condition.
• Performs basic repairs on fixtures, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Assists with HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
