Job summary

Eatris is seeking a Training Manager (20 hours per week) to join our Training team and develop and deliver in-person and live online courses for biomedical researchers in medicines development. This flexible, mainly remote role may be combined with the E-learning Manager position to form a full-time role.

As Training Manager, you will design and evaluate courses, liaise with experts, and support international grants.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience developing and delivering in-person and/or live online training.
• Experience using methods and tools that encourage interaction and active learning.

Responsibilities

• Analyse training needs and translate findings into learning objectives and course designs.
• Design, develop, implement and evaluate in-person and live online courses.
• Liaise with subject matter experts.
• Facilitate participatory face-to-face and online learning activities.
• Manage course delivery, including speakers, logistics, registration and training documentation.
• Contribute to international grant proposals and training tasks for funding.
• Deliver training tasks in international projects such as ERDERA, TransBioNet, STARDAST, OSCARS.
