Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced clinical and biomedical specialists to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role involves authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocols, and regulatory materials with strict adherence to ICH-GCP standards.

You will craft high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and presentations and ensure regulatory expectations are met while working on a flexible, remote schedule of 5-20 hours per week. ASAP start available.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (clinical study reports, protocol synopses, regulatory dossier modules)
• Ensure scientific rigor and regulatory alignment in all deliverables
• Collaborate with AI lab teams to improve document quality and relevance
