Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in instructional design or related area.
• Experience designing and evaluating learning solutions across functions or countries.
• Experience with LMS, e-learning tools, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning solutions to improve processes and performance.
• Conduct needs analyses and advise on training approaches.
• Develop curricula, onboarding, assessments, and e-learning content.
• Manage multiple learning projects with stakeholders and timelines.
• Facilitate workshops and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Analyze learning data and drive improvements.
• Ensure content accuracy, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide coaching and guidance to trainers and partners.
