Formación

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience creating technical learning materials and enablement programs.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and services.
• Experience with partner ecosystems and SI partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical competency requirements for solution architects, technical consultants, partner engineers, and other roles in collaboration with engineering, professional services, and instructional design teams.
