Job summary

BD is seeking an EMEA Molecular Trainer ADx to design, develop and deliver molecular diagnostics training for Field Service Engineers and regional teams across EMEA. The role strengthens molecular platform capability, improving service readiness, troubleshooting discipline and knowledge transfer across the installed base.

The position requires an engineering background with experience in molecular diagnostics or related training, and willingness to travel within EMEA.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electromechanics, electronics, automation, software, physics, biomedical science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in molecular diagnostics, laboratory automation, field service or technical training is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality molecular diagnostics technical training for Field Service Engineers, Technical Instrument Specialists, Customer Remote Support associates and regional teams across EMEA.
• Strengthen molecular platform capability and improve service readiness across the installed base.
• Create and update training materials, practical exercises, assessments, trainer guides and knowledge resources.
