Job summary

Intelehealth is seeking a Manager - Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation to lead the design and delivery of health studies and evaluation projects in a remote, globally distributed team. You will supervise a team of M&E specialists, collaborate with field teams and donors, ensure data quality and ethical standards, and translate findings into actionable program improvements and advocacy.

The role reports to the Senior Director of MLE and offers broad scope to influence program outcomes through

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Global Health, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an MLE or similar role.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills; proficient with Python, SPSS, STATA, or R.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: design and implement robust M&E frameworks aligned with program goals.
• Research & evaluation: lead qualitative and quantitative studies to generate insights.
• Team development: mentor and guide a high-performing M&E team.
• Data management: oversee data collection, storage, and ethical data practices.
• Stakeholder collaboration: partner with donors and field teams to translate learning into action.
• Dissemination: lead writing and dissemination of findings across platforms for advocacy.
