Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical & Medical Affairs – Acute Care CMA for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will lead a team delivering clinical education and procedural support to advance patient care and safe product use.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, develop compliant educational programs, and ensure high standards of practice while traveling to clinical facilities and meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; teaching qualification considered if adequate to perform duties.
• Demonstrated managerial skills with people, resources and budgets.
• Effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering clinical education and procedural support across EMEA.
• Develop multi-modal educational material aligned with Commercial Strategy and IPP compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams; monitor education effectiveness and PMO reporting.
