Job summary

Get 360Pharma seeks a Sr. Associate Regional Clinical Consultant to train and guide Impella customers across Europe. You will coordinate clinical support with customers, EU marketing/sales, and training teams, while travelling up to 80% to visiting sites and delivering on-site demos.

You will build relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff, aiming to improve patient outcomes through education and clinical leadership in Cath Lab/OR settings.

Qualifications

• Dutch (C2) and English proficiency mandatory.
• Successfully completed clinical or clinical-technical training (nurse/tech).
• Several years of professional patient care experience (3–4+ years).
• Persuasive demeanor and ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Good communication and presentation skills; strong teamwork.
• High flexibility with up to 80% travel and readiness for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Seek sales opportunities and drive business objectives within the defined territory.
• Support achievement of predefined business goals.
• Maximize customer case support through planning and scheduling; collaborate with team members.
• Share best practices with sales and clinical/technical colleagues to grow customer relationships.
• Improve patient outcomes through education and staff interaction; visit institutions with Impella products to collect data.
• Coordinate on-site clinical demos and educate medical staff across hospitals.
