- 4+ years in technical talent acquisition, filling complex engineering roles.
- Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and talent intelligence platforms.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with leaders.
- Proven sourcing expertise and global recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, data, and platform infra roles.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing, market research, and engagement.
- Define role scorecards and competency-based interview rubrics with leaders.
- Develop global sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Monitor analytics on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.
- Improve candidate journeys and support interviewers in assessments.
- Identify bottlenecks and refine recruitment strategies to boost performance.
