Jobgether SRL in the Netherlands is seeking a Recruitment Lead for a fully remote, international environment. You will guide a team of Recruitment Specialists, oversee pipelines, coach on interviews, and drive client-focused outcomes while managing select roles yourself.

This hands-on leadership role combines operational oversight with process improvement, with growth into a Recruitment Manager position as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in full-cycle recruitment in agency or high-growth settings.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters is a plus.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment with clear decision explanations.
• Excellent client-facing communication and transparent updates.
• Experience recruiting across marketing, sales, creative, and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines and maintain documentation.
• Comfort with remote-first or distributed teams and independent work.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment team and ensure quality, consistency, and performance.
• Provide coaching after screening interviews and improve evaluation skills.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and KPI tracking.
• Monitor active pipelines, identify delays, and intervene to keep searches progressing.
• Provide clients with weekly updates on open positions through to offer.
• Coordinate handover to People Lead after offers and identify new opportunities.
• Handle one or two searches end-to-end independently.
• Allocate new searches across the team based on capacity and fit.
• Train new recruiters and refine standard operating procedures.
• Escalate performance concerns and recommend actions when needed.
• Track 90-day retention, submission timelines, interviews, and feedback.
• Follow a structured 30/60/90 onboarding plan toward full ownership.
