Job summary

Exact is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Technology organization in the Netherlands. You will attract, source, and hire talent across software engineering, data, cloud, and other technology domains, partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment with Exact's growth and innovation agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across junior to senior levels in tech environments.
• Ability to advise hiring managers on labour market trends and hiring progress.
• Proactive sourcing experience and strong candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from attracting to hiring.
• Advise management on recruitment strategies and market developments.
• Represent Exact at universities, student networks and other channels.
• Support employer branding initiatives and strengthen EVP.
• Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Ensure accurate administration of recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool for current and future needs.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition projects to improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
