Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to join our Digital Security Solutions team across Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, or Eastern France. You will blend consulting, solution architecture, and pre-sales to help customers address complex security challenges.

As a trusted advisor, you will work with Sales to translate technical concepts into business value, deliver demos, create POCs, and craft technical responses for RFPs while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

Native-level German (C2) and fluent English are required.
Experience in customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or consulting roles within IT security is required.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasionally across EMEA.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers alongside Sales teams to navigate the buying journey.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Build and maintain demonstration environments and proof-of-concept solutions.
Develop technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and proposals.
Conduct technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
Support deployment, troubleshooting, and on-site technical consulting.
