Job summary

Ezwim, a Netherlands-based software provider and part of the Harris Computer family, is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to spearhead new business growth across all revenue streams. Reporting to the SVP, you will drive strategy, KPI-driven performance, and cross-functional collaboration with CSMs and others.

The role is remote with on-site presence to be agreed, and regular international travel to clients and prospects is expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software sales experience in the Enterprise market.
• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on new business and logo acquisition.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product and Service Delivery to accelerate pipeline velocity.
