Job summary

Codekeeper, based in The Hague with a remote-first approach, seeks a driven SDR to drive inbound and outbound sales for our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform, building relationships and delivering value throughout the sales journey. You’ll advise customers, design outreach campaigns, run demos, and close deals, thriving in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer pain points.
• Able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on potential solutions and providing ongoing support.
• Preparing outbound campaigns and email sequences, and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Identifying, prospecting, and contacting new leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• A/B testing different approaches to optimize results and improve conversion rates.
• Conducting online platform demos to showcase our products' benefits and features.
• Creating and negotiating offers to close deals with potential customers.
• Upselling to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
