Job summary

Ethos is seeking revenue strategy leads to help train its language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, flexible role requires 5+ years in sales strategy, GTM planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecasts, along with exceptional document creation and communication skills.

The engagement is fully remote, with a commitment of 5-20 hours per week (or more).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership, with direct ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: territory and quota design models, sales battlecards, and forecast decks.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products and perform win/loss analyses.
