Job summary

Ethos is seeking a heads of sales strategy to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, flexible role requires 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, with direct ownership of territory/quota design and forecast decks.

You will craft battlecards, incentive structures, and go-to-market plans for new segments or products. Work is fully remote with 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with direct ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
