Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to shape GTM strategy across the EMEA region from a remote setup. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis, translating business strategy into scalable regional processes and insights.

The role emphasizes data hygiene, regional alignment, and collaboration with global operations.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or related GTM operations.
• Experience supporting EMEA go-to-market teams across multiple markets.
• Ability to lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business performance meetings with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Revenue Ops partner for EMEA Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders.
• Manage regional requests and coordinate with internal specialists to ensure efficient support.
• Lead regional forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business review meetings with data hygiene and actionable outcomes.
• Adapt global GTM processes to regional needs while documenting variations for consistency.
• Analyze pipeline trends, conversion rates, and lifecycle metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Planning and FP&A to provide insights on territory performance and demand generation.
• Support rollout of new sales motions and processes, monitoring adoption and gaps.
• Represent EMEA priorities in global operational planning and translate needs into technical requirements.
