Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data Product Lead based in the Netherlands or remote within the EMEA region. You will drive the data team's priorities, combine hands-on analytics with product leadership, and translate business needs into data-driven strategy.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and executives to deliver measurable impact. You will coach team members, define tracking plans, and ensure data infrastructure aligns with business goals, including revenue and growth

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product management with people leadership.
• Expert-level SQL, able to query and validate data independently.
• Hands-on in dashboards and reports with BI tools (Omni, Superset or similar).
• Strong business acumen and track record of data-driven growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with engineers on data pipelines and warehouse design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in crypto/DeFi data roles or related domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the data team's priorities, intake, planning, and rituals.
• Perform hands-on analysis, build dashboards, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Prepare data insights for weekly reports and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Define tracking plans with Product Managers and align data roadmap to priorities.
• Translate questions into specs, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Review analyses and datasets for accuracy before sharing with stakeholders.
• Coach data team members and strengthen communication and stakeholder skills.
• Co-own the data roadmap with the Data Tech Lead and ensure relevant investments.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, pricing, growth, and performance.
