Job summary

Workwize is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist in Amsterdam with a hybrid work model. You will lead end-to-end RevOps projects across the commercial stack, focusing on data models, metrics, reporting, and process improvements to support sales, marketing and customer success.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to drive adoption and measurable business impact. The team is data-driven, hands-on, and values ownership, honesty, and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• You build real things and ship them, possibly with external work too.

• You have a view on where revenue operations is heading and what should be automated.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end and manage whole areas of the commercial stack.
• Define data models, metrics, and reporting used by leadership.
• Oversee routing, lifecycle definitions, pipeline hygiene, and deal desk processes.
