Jobgether is seeking a GTM Operations Manager based in the Netherlands to build and optimize systems that connect Sales, Marketing and Customer Growth. You will own end-to-end workflows, improve data quality, automate handoffs, and implement AI-powered processes across CRM, marketing automation, and product usage.

This remote-first role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in go-to-market, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations with practical improvements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce: objects, relationships, fields, flows, data management.
• Experience building workflows in marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable).
• Experience developing or implementing AI-powered workflows with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across systems.
• Ownership mindset: manage projects independently, handle ambiguity, communicate trade-offs.
• Excellent written communication; document processes and decisions clearly.
• High attention to detail in audience definitions, data accuracy, duplicates, routing.
• Adaptability and learning agility across unfamiliar tools.
• Collaboration and continuous-improvement mindset for scalable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end go-to-market workflows, define success metrics, implement improvements.
• Optimize lead and account handoffs with data enrichment, routing, and follow-ups.
• Support lifecycle programs with segmentation, triggers, data synchronization, QA, and measurement.
• Maintain data flows across CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle and product-usage systems.
• Build, test, and monitor robust automations with edge cases and recovery procedures.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for enrichment, research, qualification, and QA.
• Document workflows, update process guides, support onboarding, gather feedback, improve adoption.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards tracking workflow health and adoption.
• Contribute to GTM ops by reducing manual work and creating scalable solutions.
