Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Sales Manager (Account Executives) in the Netherlands. This fully remote leadership role will drive revenue growth across the EMEA region, shaping regional sales strategy and building a high‑performance, distributed team of Account Executives.

You will coach, set targets, manage the pipeline from lead to close, and collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product teams to stay ahead of hospitality technology trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales with 2–3 years in management or leadership position.
• Experience leading distributed teams in a fully remote setup.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Account Executives across the EMEA region.
• Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and individual goals to drive accountability.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy and GTM plans.
• Oversee the EMEA sales pipeline from lead engagement to deal closure.
• Drive predictable revenue growth by monitoring pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product to align priorities and improve the customer journey.
• Maintain knowledge of the EMEA vacation rental and hospitality tech markets.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and insights for senior leadership.
• Foster a positive, collaborative remote team culture focused on ownership and growth.
