Job summary

Regeneron NL B.V. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Oncology to lead field sales and key account teams across multiple markets in a remote role from the Netherlands.

You will coach talent, deliver national and local account plans, and drive performance while collaborating with Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations, and local partners. Strong leadership and immuno-oncology experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive biopharma experience in international oncology sales management.
• Proven leadership of field teams meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Field management experience and operational knowledge of sales technology.
• Experience with CRM platforms and digital promotion activities.
• Fluent English with strong leadership, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Immuno-oncology experience and established oncology opinion‑leader relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field sales and key account teams across multiple markets.
• Coach and develop talent to achieve consistent sales performance.
• Deliver national, regional, and local account plans against business goals.
• Run cycle meetings and training using approved messages and materials.
• Manage analytics, key performance indicators, incentives, and Veeva CRM processes.
