Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an Associate Director Marketing, Netherlands to lead the oncology portfolio’s launch and ongoing brand strategy. You will align European and local plans, drive cross-functional launches, and ensure compliant promotional activities, materials and campaigns.

You will oversee omnichannel and customer experience initiatives, partner with Field Force and Medical Affairs, and influence strategic planning in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles in oncology.
• Experience leading product launches, product management, omnichannel management and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong understanding of modern digital and data-driven Marketing models.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall commercial leadership and accountability for product launches in the Netherlands, ensuring strategic alignment and market execution.
• Set overarching commercial launch strategy and translate European strategies into local plans.
• Orchestrate cross-functional launch readiness across Marketing, Field Force, Strategic Planning and Operations, Medical Affairs, Market Access.
• Develop, adapt, deliver and ensure compliant promotional materials and campaigns.
• Define and develop the optimal promotional mix to support the launch and establishment of Revolution Medicines in the Netherlands.
• Drive end-to-end customer experience across the Oncology portfolio.
• Collaborate with European Marketing to align local execution with European strategy.
