Job summary

Paires is an AI-first fundraising platform that pairs founders with investors and runs warm outreach that turns into meetings. It is a two-sided platform, live with paying clients, profitable and self-funded, built by a small, senior, flat team that ships fast.

The GTM Engineer will own top of funnel: the data engine that finds the right people at the right moment, with scripts, APIs, n8n, Clay, and Claude Code contributing to measurable meetings.

Qualifications

• Write real code: scripts, APIs, n8n, Clay, and Claude Code with MCPs count.
• Strong SQL or Python is a bonus here, not the bar.

Responsibilities

• Own the outreach engine. Build the systems behind reaching the right people at the right moment.
• Ingest, dedup, and enrich data into one clean spine for targeting.
• Develop the targeting brain to identify the ICP and the right moment to reach out.
• Ensure data quality, domain matching, and enrichment to lift outcomes.
• Maintain live engine health: deliverability, suppression, and meetings metrics.
