Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking a motivated and analytical GTM Strategy & Operations Intern to support our commercial, product and internal teams. You will help build scalable processes, track critical data, and turn insights into actionable decisions with a focus on AI and our tools.

This four-to-eight-month internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global fintech environment, working across go-to-market operations and cross-functional projects to drive strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics or engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with AI tools and willingness to experiment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel).
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proactive and curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design new processes, playbooks and AI workflows that scale.
• Turn data into reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Improve GTM efficiency with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Jira and AI.
• Maintain project trackers and OKR timelines.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline information and tasks.
