Job summary

HiBob seeks a Senior Enterprise AE to drive growth in the Amsterdam office, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close for enterprise accounts.

You will build relationships with C-level and line-of-business stakeholders, deliver value-based demos with Sales Engineering, and work cross-functionally to meet ambitious ARR targets. The role includes a competitive compensation package and pre-IPO equity.

Qualifications

• Experience closing complex SaaS deals in mid-market or enterprise organisations.
• Business fluent in Spanish (C2).
• Experience with MEDDPICC/MEDDIC sales methodologies and enterprise sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective customers and guide stakeholders through a consultative buying journey.
• Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations.
• Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Engage multiple stakeholders, understand business priorities and help executives build confidence in their decision.
