Job summary

HiBob in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth in the mid-market SaaS sector. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—building a strong pipeline and delivering compelling product demonstrations to potential customers.

You must be fluent in Dutch, have a hunter mentality, and demonstrate a proven ability to forecast and hit revenue targets. HR-tech experience and Salesforce familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing SaaS deals in a B2B environment.
• Fluent Dutch (C2) required.
• Experience closing deals $80,000+ in medium to large organizations.
• Knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDDPICC methodologies.
• Hunter and closer, strong pipeline generation skills.
• Forecasting and revenue-hitting track record.
• HR-tech domain experience is a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline within target ICP, including international prospects.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations.
• Leverage tech partnerships from an integration perspective.
• Perform outbound activities to expand revenue.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify key decision-makers and buying timelines.
• Record data and metrics in Salesforce CRM.
• Attend trade shows, events and conferences.
• Network with influencers, consultants, and partners.
