Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Head of Supply Chain EMEA to lead the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy, balancing service, inventory, cost and risk across multiple sites. You will drive S&OP/IBP, strategic sourcing and inventory optimization while building regional capability and digital tools.

We value a proven track record in production/warehousing, strong cross-functional leadership, and experience in global manufacturing.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading end-to-end supply chains in production/warehousing environments.
Experience in multi-site, international or EMEA settings preferred.
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement, planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA Supply Chain strategy, objectives and programs across BUs in the region.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain including inbound/outbound logistics for forecasted demand.
Develop and execute S&OP/IBP processes to align demand, supply and financial plans.
Drive inventory optimization, PPV, supplier performance and risk management.
Lead digital roadmap, data quality and analytics to improve planning and decision making.
Manage regional supply chain team development and cross-functional collaboration.
