Job summary

Delta Electronics seeks a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager to lead our EMEA team, driving demand and supply planning to balance customer satisfaction with optimized inventory.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Manufacturing, lead a four‑person team across sites in Asia and Europe, and advance SOP, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing international supply chains and working with facilities in Asia and Europe.
• Experience in Electronics, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals.
• Drive demand planning and forecasting processes to improve forecast accuracy and visibility.
• Manage supply planning across manufacturing sites in Asia and Europe.
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining service performance.
• Lead the EMEA SOP process and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and service challenges.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
• Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, backlog, lead times).
• Build capability and scalable processes to support growth across EMEA.
