Job summary

EMSERE is seeking a Global Director Supply Chain to lead its worldwide end-to-end supply chain, spanning operations, procurement, transportation and inventory. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will translate strategy into scalable operational solutions supporting customers, clinical trials and growth.

You will guide a multinational team, manage a significant budget, and drive improvements in quality, efficiency and working capital while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of international supply chain management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers in a multinational environment.
• Experience managing global operations, procurement, transportation, warehousing and supplier relationships.
• Track record of improving operational performance and leading change initiatives.
• Strong financial understanding including budgets, CAPEX and working capital.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global supply chain leadership team across regions.
• Translate business strategy into scalable roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management and supplier relationships.
• Drive standardized processes and continuous improvement focusing on quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, GCP).
• Own the global supply chain budget and optimize working capital.
