Job summary

Emsere is seeking a Global Director Supply Chain to lead its international supply chain operations, drive excellence and align strategy with execution. You will manage global teams across operations, product & procurement, and transport while ensuring compliance and scalability for future growth.

You will shape roadmaps, optimize inventory and budget, and build a high-performing, compliant supply chain organization with a strong focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of international supply chain management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers in a multinational environment.
• Experience managing global operations, procurement, transportation, warehousing and supplier relationships.
• Track record of improving operational performance and leading change initiatives.
• Strong financial understanding, including budgets, CAPEX and working capital.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global supply chain organization and development of the leadership team.
• Drive operational excellence across warehousing, logistics, and procurement.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
• Oversee procurement, supplier relationships and contract management.
• Optimize inventory and financial performance, manage the global budget.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and GCP; drive continuous improvement.
