Job summary

Delta is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning and Customer Success Manager to lead the EMEA team, drive demand and supply planning excellence, and balance customer service with inventory efficiency across manufacturing sites in Asia and Europe. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Manufacturing to enable growth and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with international supply chains and Asia/Europe manufacturing.
• Experience in Electronics/Power Electronics/Industrial Automation preferred.
• Strong SOP, demand planning, and supply planning leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proven project and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals.
• Drive demand planning and forecasting to improve forecast accuracy and business visibility.
• Manage supply planning across manufacturing sites in Asia and Europe.
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining targeted customer service performance.
• Lead the EMEA SOP process and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and service challenges.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs like forecast accuracy, OTIF, and inventory turns.
• Build scalable processes to support business growth across EMEA.
