Job summary

Justrite Safety Group seeks a Head of Supply Chain EMEA to lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy across the region, balancing service, inventory, cost and risk. You will drive regional S&OP, procurement, and asset optimization while aligning with global objectives.

The role requires a proven track record in manufacturing supply chains, multi-site leadership, and a drive for continuous improvement using Lean and data analytics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 10+ years in progressive supply chain roles.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership across multiple sites.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehousing and global operations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA supply chain strategy and programs across business units.
• Shape S&OP process and align demand, supply, and financial plans.
• Develop and implement inventory control and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive KPIs such as inventory turns, OTIF, PPV.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional and global teams.
• Develop talent and build a high-performing regional team.
• Represent supply chain in new product introductions and lifecycle management.
