You will drive EU S&OP, collaborate across functions, manage launches, and ensure GDP and serialization readiness in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience leading regional supply chain operations in pharma is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulations and GDP guidelines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate global supply chain strategy into executable EU regional plans.
• Ensure supply continuity and compliant product movement for Europe.
• Lead EU S&OP process in Europe and contribute to global initiatives.
• Oversee EU supply chain transactions in ERP with Finance.
• Coordinate VAT, Intrastat, customs, and intercompany reporting.
• Prepare for new launches, SKUs, formulations, packaging, and market expansion.
• Build and scale the EU supply chain function to support growth.
• Ensure GDP compliance and regulatory readiness across the region.
• Support serialization requirements for international markets.
• Monitor EU legislation such as CSDDD and related rules.
