Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Barendrecht is seeking an experienced Operations leader to oversee warehouse, inventory, and supply chain activities across the EMEA region. You will drive lean improvements, optimize capacity, and mentor a regional team to deliver top-tier performance while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in warehouse/ops management, and excellent English communication, with Dutch and Italian considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, Supply Chain & Logistics Management or Operations Management
• Minimum of 10 years’ warehouse/operations management experience
• Fluent English mandatory; Dutch and Italian are a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve customer complaints while providing sales support to internal and external customers
• Lead and mentor the regional supply chain specialists and buyers through training and development
• Oversee the development, deployment and direction of warehouse change programs and processes
• Manage all operational issues related to the inbound flow and outbound drop shipment flow to our customers worldwide
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to improve safety, productivity, quality, throughput, and cost efficiency
